Refund policy

Because TrackDNA is printed in a limited, small-batch run, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for print issues once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@trackdnamag.comwith your order number and photos of the packaging and the issue so we can review the problem and help replace it, if stock allows.

If a replacement is not available, we may issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout or on the product page - or, if no timeframe is stated, within 30 days of purchase - we will contact you regarding the delay and provide the option to wait or cancel for a refund of any unshipped items, as applicable. 

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

International Orders
International packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.
