Thank you for supporting TrackDNA.
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your location.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During launches, restocks, and other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.
Print Magazine Orders
TrackDNA is a quarterly print publication produced in limited runs. Because of the limited nature of each issue, all sales are final.
Digital Products
Digital editions are delivered separately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
International Orders
International customers may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by their local government. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@trackdnamag.com. Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TrackDNA is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
